Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience. Therefore, we offer a clear return and exchange policy under the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Period

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • After the 14-day period, returns and exchanges are not accepted, and any issues will be handled through the warranty (if applicable).

Eligible Products for Return or Exchange

  • Mobile phones that are unused and in their original condition with box, accessories, and seals intact.
  • Accessories in their original, unopened packaging that have not been used.
  • Products with a verified manufacturing defect after inspection by our technical team.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Spare parts after they have been installed at our store (they are covered by warranty only, not refundable).
  • Any product that shows signs of use, scratches, cracks, physical damage, or misuse.
  • Products that have been tampered with or repaired outside our service center.
  • Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for cash refunds.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • The original invoice or order number must be provided.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • The product will be inspected by our team before approving the return or exchange request.

💵 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

If the reason for return is not due to an error on our part, the customer may be required to cover the shipping fees.

For payments made using Prepaid Bank Cards (Visa / Mastercard), a 3% processing fee may be deducted due to bank transaction charges.

Additional Conditions:

  • If there is any price difference between products in an exchange request, it will either be added to the invoice or refunded to the customer.
  • Shipping fees may apply for exchanges when the reason is not related to an error from our side.
