Shipping & Delivery Policy
We provide shipping for mobile phones and accessories across Egypt. Shipping for spare parts is currently not available. Installation is done exclusively at our store to ensure quality and warranty coverage.
Delivery Time
- ▪︎ Cairo & Giza: Same day up to a maximum of 2 working days from the order confirmation date.
- ▪︎ Other governorates: 2 to 4 working working days from the order confirmation date.
Important Notes
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or official holidays, but we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Delays may occur if the courier cannot reach you or if calls/messages are not answered.
- We will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before shipping.
