Spare Parts Installation Policy
We provide high-quality spare part installation carried out exclusively at our store to ensure proper performance, safety, and valid warranty activation.
Why Installation Is Done In-Store Only
- To guarantee precise installation using the correct tools.
- To prevent damage during shipping or external installation.
- To ensure valid warranty coverage on both the part and the service.
Warranty Duration
Warranty duration varies depending on the quality and type of spare part:
- 14 days for economic or copy-quality parts.
- 1 – 3 months for high-copy spare parts.
- 3 – 6 months for original or premium-quality spare parts.
What the Warranty Covers (Manufacturing Defects)
The warranty covers recognized manufacturing defects that may affect the normal performance of the part, provided that no signs of misuse or external impact are present. Warranty approval is subject to technical inspection and diagnostics performed by our authorized service team.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover (Usage Damage)
The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from misuse, including:
- Cracks, breaks, or physical damage.
- Damage caused by drops or impact.
- Liquid or moisture exposure.
- Pressure damage or frame bending.
- Any repair, opening, or modification done outside our service center.
Important Notes
Devices are inspected before and after installation to ensure part integrity. Warranty activation starts from the installation date, not the purchase date.
